Fettahoğlu Group Construction was founded in 2020 as a dedicated building contractor in Antalya, taking on complex structural and finishing works for residential and commercial developments in Antalya, Istanbul and Ankara.

As our experience grew, so did our ambition. Instead of being only a technical partner, we began to design and develop our own projects — boutique complexes that combine smart layouts, strong engineering and a refined architectural language.

By early 2025, our focus naturally converged on Alanya, one of Turkey’s most dynamic coastal cities. Here, we channel our expertise into carefully curated projects such as Fettahoğlu Hills and Luxor, each crafted to become a long-term reference point in its neighbourhood.
